200 g Grass-Fed Organic Kefir
1 tbs Organic Ground Flax
1 tbs Organic Ground Chia
1 scoop of your favorite collagen protein
5 g glutamine
1 Green (unripe) Organic Banana
½ cup Organic Blueberries
¼ cup Organic Whole Oats
½ to 1 teaspoon (1-2 grams) Vibe Mushrooms Master Blend

-Stir completely and sit in fridge for 15-30 minutes (to soften oats)

MUSHROOM MUSCLE BOWL

 

200 g Organic Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 scoop whey isolate
5 g glutamine
1/3 cup Organic Quick Oats
½ cup berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
½ to 1 tsp Vibe Cordyceps Extract

-Stir completely and sit in fridge for 5-10 minutes (to soften oats)
-Excellent to use post-workout.

200 g Organic grass-fed yogurt (2%)  
1 tbs organic ground flax

1 scoop whey protein (HD muscle Maple & Waffles)
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup organic apple sauce
1-2 teaspoons Maple syrup (optional)
½ tsp Vibe Lion’s Mane
½ tsp Vibe Cordyceps

1 cup unsweetened unflavored organic almond milk
3 cups organic spinach
½ cup fresh organic pineapple
1 frozen banana
½ organic fresh orange
1 cup frozen organic mixed blueberries, black berries, raspberries
2 tbs organic ground flax
9g fresh ginger root
9g fresh turmeric root
1 scoop (5g) @hdmuscle GlutaHD pure L-glutamine (vegan friendly)
½ tbs of Raw honey
1/8 tsp of ground pepper
1 tsp Vibe Mushrooms Turkey Tail
